1. Contact Us: For any issues, kindly email us at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery. Include a clear product image, a description of the issue, and your order number for a smooth process.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement: To ensure efficient resolution, we request you to take an unboxing video when opening your parcel. Note that without an unboxing video, we may not be able to address your query, so please cooperate with us on this step.

3. Request Approval: Once you contact us, we will review your request and respond within 2 business days with the next steps.

4. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address Return shipping costs are covered only if the wrong or damaged item was sent.

5. Return Shipment: After receiving the return shipping address kindly ensure the products is unused,please pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us.

6. Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our return criteria.

7. Refund/Exchange: If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund (minus original shipping cost, if applicable) to your original payment method within 7 business days. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item to you once the return is processed.
